Every role page loads the ATS Resume Analyzer with a target job title and a keyword profile. If you paste a job description, the match is measured against that posting instead, which is the more accurate method. Resume files are read in your browser and are not uploaded.
The keyword profiles are written by us from commonly listed skills for each role and are not scraped data or a guarantee of what any employer wants. Scoring is explained on the methodology page.
